Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the Vignyanexports.com website (the “Site”) operated by VIGNYAN IMPORTS AND EXPORTS (“Vignyan,” “us,” “we,” or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

A. Product Description and Pricing

We strive to ensure that product descriptions (including scent profiles, dimensions, and benefits) and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or an applicable currency conversion. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrect price.

  • Aromas: Our incense products use pure essences. Product scent is subjective and may vary slightly between batches due to the natural materials used.

B. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

C. Payment

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We currently accept payment via the designated gateway linked to our bank (HDFC) and other major payment methods displayed on the Site. You warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods utilized in connection with any transaction.

D. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for shipping (typically within 1-2 business days). Once an order has been dispatched (you have received a tracking number), it cannot be cancelled.

3. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping, returns, and refund procedures are governed by our separate, detailed policies:

  • Shipping Policy: Governs order processing, domestic and international shipping times, and liability for customs duties/fees on international orders.

  • Refund and Returns Policy: Governs the conditions under which products may be returned, eligibility for refunds (especially for consumable items like incense), and the process for handling damaged goods.

By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by both of these policies.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VIGNYAN IMPORTS AND EXPORTS and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of VIGNYAN IMPORTS AND EXPORTS.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
